There are 30 first grade water functional areas in Xingtai City,including 1 buffer zone and 29 development and utilization areas.The development and utilization areas correspond to the 29 second water functional areas.In the case of water shortage,the protection of water quality and the rational development and utilization of water resources are of great significance.Based on the water quality data,the current situation of water function areas and suggestions for environmental governance were put forward in this paper,so as to provide support for the economic and social development of Xingtai.
