摘要
通惠河通航对于传承历史,发展运河文化,促进经济发展并改善生态环境具有十分重要的意义.为解决水源单一、水量不足、水工建筑物老化等难题,要充分利用南水北调来水、再生水、雨水补给等多种水源,并定期清淤,提高水质,增强水体流动性,同时还要改造部分桥梁、闸门及相关附属设施,以满足河道通航要求,使水清岸绿的通惠河尽快成为人们流连忘返的泛舟之处.
Abstract
The navigation of Tonghui River is of great significance for inheriting history,developing canal culture,promoting economic development,and improving ecological environment.In order to solve the problems,such as single water source,insufficient water quantity,aging hydraulic structure facilities,etc,and meet the requirements of river navigation,it is necessary to make full use of a variety of water sources such as water from the South-to-North Water Diversion Project,reclaimed water and rainwater recharge,regularly dredge to improve water quality and modify,and remould some bridges,gates,and related auxiliary facilities.And as soon as possible to turn the clear and green Tonghui River into a scenic spot where people flock to boat.
