Revision of Municipal Public Water Supply Management Measures in Beijing
The management of the urban public water supply in Beijing provided a strong basis for the management of urban public water supply,which has achieved remarkable results.Based on the working practice of urban public water supply in Beijing and the relevant laws and regulations,the effectiveness of implementing the measures on urban public water supply management was summarized in this paper.Also,the problems faced in the new development stage were analyzed.Based on the actual water supply in Beijing,proposes the suggestions of revising the scheme were put forward in this paper from the aspects of water supply sources,water supply planning,supervision and regulation,secondary water supply,emergency management,legal responsibility,and business environment.The research results provide technical support for the subsequent revision,supplementation,and approach improvement.
