Precision Bias Test Analysis for the Determination of Selenium in Water
The precision bias test can predict the laboratory analysis error, scientifically evaluate the overall level and detection ability of the laboratory, and provide scientific basis for the internal quality control and management of the laboratory. The precision bias test of selenium detection in water was carried out by hydride atomic fluorescence spectrometry, and the following results could be obtained through calculation and analysis:the blank test was qualified;the total standard deviation test and accuracy inspection were qualified;the quality control diagram met the requirements. It could be seen that the determination of selenium in water by atomic fluorescence spectrometry in the laboratory was instrument stable, free of impurity in the reagent, qualified by personnel operation, reliable of the accuracy of the detection results, and good repeatability.
