Topsoil Protection of Spoil Ground in Production and Construction Projects
The total amount of earth and rock excavation and filling in large and medium-sized production and construction projects is large,and the abandoned residue field will increase the surface disturbance,and there is a risk of loss of topsoil resources.The relevant laws and regulations of topsoil protection,and pays out the principles and methods of topsoil stripping,the location selection and protective measures of topsoil storage,and the utilization direction of topsoil are enumerated.In view of the problems existing in the ideology,standardized design,research and innovation of the topsoil protection of the abandoned slag field,some suggestions on increasing publicity,refining the design and strengthening the innovation are put forward,in order to provide reference for the topsoil protection of the abandoned slag field in the future.
