摘要

2022年7月28-30日,绕阳河流域出现大暴雨过程,特别是绕阳河干流上游、支流东沙河友邻水库以上及绕阳河干流下游右岸发生特大暴雨洪水,绕阳河部分区域遭受重大水灾损失.通过对降雨和洪水的分析,还原了绕阳河2022年"7·28"暴雨洪水过程.在洪水系列中加入"7·28"特大洪水后,复核分析了各水文站设计洪水,确定新的设计洪水成果,为灾后修复重建工作奠定坚实基础,对该流域综合治理及防洪决策提供科学依据.

Abstract

From July 28 to 30,2022,a heavy rainstorm occurred in the Raoyang River basin,especially occurred in the upper reaches of the Raoyang River,the tributary of the Dongsha River Youlin reservoir and the right bank of the lower reaches of the Raoyang River.Parts of the river basin suffered major flood damage.This paper makes an in-depth analysis of the flood process of"7·28"rainstorm in 2022.After"7·28"catastrophic flood added into the flood series,the design flood of each hydrological station was analyzed,and the new design flood results were determined,which laid a solid foundation for the post-disaster restoration and reconstruction,and provided a theoretical basis for the comprehensive management and flood control decisions of the basin.
