摘要
对南水北调睢宁二站回转式清污机运行现状进行了分析,阐述了运行存在问题,并提出了清污机可行性优化方案,通过优化结构形式和控制方式,使清污设备的运行可靠性和清污效率有所提高,降低了设备故障发生率和维修养护成本,可以为同类型泵站提供借鉴.
Abstract
The operation status of the rotary cleaning machine at China South-to-North Water Diversion Suining second pumping station are analyzed,the existing problems in operation are expounded,and a feasible optimization scheme for the cleaning machine is put forward.By optimizing the structure and control mode,the operation reliability and efficiency of the cleaning equipment are improved,and the equipment failure rate and maintenance cost are reduced,which can provide a reference for the same type of pumping stations.
