Taking the EPC project for integrated water environment management and ecological replenishment of recycled water as an example,the concept,characteristic,importance and necessity,implementation process and management method of the project were introduced.Combined with relevant cases,the construction management,quality control,and safety management were discussed.It can provide reference for the implementation of similar projects.
