摘要

近年来,TBM被广泛用于长距离输水隧洞施工.平行四边形管片具有体形简单、止水安装易满足密封要求、受力均匀、方便施工等优点.国外某长引水隧洞工程隧洞内径6.8 m,采用四边形管片,管片厚0.25 m,环宽1.6 m.为了分析管片受力情况,采用ANSYS软件建立三维有限元模型,采用欧洲规范,分析管片在各种工况下的应力应变特征,判断是否满足规范要求,为后续衬砌结构配筋及项目安全施工提供依据.

Abstract

In recent years,TBM has been widely used in the construction of long-distance water conveyance tunnels.The quadrilateral segment has the advantages of a simple shape,easy installation of water stops to meet sealing requirements,uniform force distribution of pipe segment,and convenient construction.A foreign long diversion tunnel project,which features an internal diameter of 6.8m,uses a quadrilateral segments with a thickness of 0.25m and a ring width of 1.6m.In order to analyze the stress situation of the segment,ANSYS software was used to establish a three-dimensional finite element model.The stress-strain characteristics of the segment under various working conditions were analyzed by using the european standards to determine their compliance with the requirements of the standards.These can provide a basis for subsequent lining structure reinforcement and project safety construction.
