大跨度螺栓球网架结构施工工艺的应用

随着生活水平提高,人们对自来水水质要求越来越高,自来水厂提质改扩建项目越来越多,大型水处理厂构筑物屋面结构设计迎来发展.天津市津滨水厂土建工程一标段滤站屋面结构采用的是螺栓球节点正放四角锥网架,为多柱点支撑形式结构,跨度为96 m×63.1 m.因施工场地限制,本工程结合现场实际选用了大跨度螺栓球网架结构整装与空中散装结合的施工工艺,成功解决了施工场地狭小、施工作业面有限的问题,取得了很好的施工效果.着重对该施工技术进行了阐述,总结了宝贵的施工经验,希望在以后能为类似工程项目实施提供参考.
Application of Construction Technology of Large-span Bolt-sphere Grid Structure
With the improvement of people's living standards,people's requirements for the quality of tap water are increasingly higher.There are more and more projects for upgrading,reconstructing,and expanding the quality of tap water plants,and the roof structure design of large-scale water treatment plant structures is ushering in development.The roof structure of the filter station in the first section of the civil engineering project of Tianjin Jinbin Water Plant adopted a bolt ball node upright quadrangular pyramid grid structure,which was a multi column point support structure with a span of 96 m×63.1 m.Due to the limitation of the construction site,the construction technology of combining the integral installation of the large-span bolt ball grid structure with airborne bulk loading was selected for the project based on the actual situation on site.This construction technology successfully solved the problems of narrow construction site and limited construction operation surface,and achieved good construction results.This article focused on the elaboration of this construction technology,and summarized the valuable construction experience,hoping to provide reference for the implementation of similar projects in the future.
