摘要
明确了北京市农村供水站主要存在的问题,提出北京市农村供水站运营保障体系的建设思路,并从标准化建设改造、专业化管护、水费收缴、制度保障以及加强监管等方面总结了保障体系的构成部分以及保障体系设立的意义.同时,基于标准化建设改造、专业化管护以及水费收缴3个方面,对5类供水站运维模式进行了总结,详细分析了各类运维模式的优缺点,为北京市农村供水站监管管理提供了参考.
Abstract
The main problems existing in rural water supply stations in Beijing were clarified,and the construction ideas for the operation guarantee system of rural water supply stations in Beijing were proposed.The components and significance of the guarantee system were summarized from aspects such as standardized construction and transformation,specialized management and protection,water fee collection,system guarantee,and strengthening supervision.At the same time,based on the three aspects of standardized construction and transformation,professional management and protection,and water fee collection,the five types of operation and maintenance modes of 5 types of water supply stations were summarized,and the advantages and disadvantages of each type were analyzed in detail to provide a reference for the supervision and management of rural water supply stations in Beijing.
