滨州市水资源开发利用现状和存在问题对策探讨

摘要
结合滨州市水资源开发利用基本情况,分析了水资源开发利用面临的主要问题及根源,面对新阶段经济社会发展日益增长的用水需求和滨州市水资源支撑能力不足的现实矛盾,提出加大水源工程建设,增强供水能力;加强输配水工程建设,提高输水效率;开展节水型社会建设,促进高效用水;强化治河治污,实现水资源综合利用与高质量发展针对性措施.
Abstract
This basic situation of water resources development and utilization are discussed in Binzhou City.Through the analysis of the main problems and root causes of water resources development and utilization,there is a realistic contradiction between the increasing water demand of economic and social development in the new stage and the insufficient water resources supporting capacity of Binzhou City.Several targeted measures are put forward,including strengthening the construction of water resources projects to enhance the water supply capacity,strengthening the construction of water transmission and distribution projects to improve the efficiency of water transmission,carrying out the construction of water-saving society to promote efficient water use.We will strengthen river control and pollution control,and take targeted measures to achieve comprehensive utilization of water resources and high-quality development.
