保定市水资源配置现状及供水保障对策分析

摘要
以保定市水资源供水保障为研究对象,在分析水资源配置现状的基础上,提出了供水保障对策.遵循"构建水资源保障格局,提升水资源利用水平,优化水资源协调机制"的总体思路,提出了加强源头管控、提高用水效率、强化水源保护、创新管理模式、优化应急预案等保障对策,以期为保定市水资源科学合理配置提供借鉴和参考.
Abstract
Based on the analysis of the current situation of water resources allocation,the countermeasures of water supply security in Baoding are put forward.Following the general idea of"building water resource security pattern,improving water resource utilization level and optimizing water resource coordination mechanism",the security countermeasures are put forward,such as strengthening source control,improving water use efficiency,strengthening water source protection,innovating management mode and optimizing emergency plan.The above countermeasures are expected to provide reference for the scientific and rational allocation of water resources in Baoding City.
