Handan is located at the eastern foot of the Taihang Mountains,which special terrain and climate changing led frequent flood disasters in recent years.In this paper,the spatial-temporal variation trend of precipitation in Handan City since 1956 were studied,and the precipitation intensity and spatio-temporal distribution of rainstorm in 2016 and 2021 were analyzed.Studies had shown that 50%of the top 10 years in history,especially after 2000,the center of rainstorm occurred in the shallow mountainous of the southwest,and the rainstorm centers of 2016 and 2021 were mainly concentrated in the Zhanghe River basin in the shallow mountainous area of the southwest and the upper reaches of the Minghe River of the northern mountainous area,which converging time is short and caused flash floods.
