Taking Shuicheng River as the research object,the ecological and service functions of the shoreline are full considered from the current utilization of the shoreline of Shuicheng River,combined with regional water resource zoning,water function zoning,wetland park construction planning,urban and rural planning and other medium and long-term strategies.The flood control safety,river stability,water supply safety,and economic and social development needs of each section of the Shuicheng River are systematically analyzed,and the Watertown River are scientifically divided into Shoreline Protection Areas,Shoreline Reservation Areas,Shoreline Control Utilization Areas,and Shoreline Development and Utilization Areas.Management and control measures such as strengthening shoreline development and utilization management according to law,establishing paid use and impact compensation system,improving the level of information supervision,and consolidating the foundation of modern management and control have been clearly proposed,providing a basis for realizing shoreline space management and control of Shuicheng River waters.
