摘要

天津市抽水蓄能站点资源较为稀缺,目前无已建及在建抽水蓄能电站.天津市蓟州龙潭沟抽水蓄能电站具备近期开发条件,且建设条件相对较优,可承担电力系统调峰、填谷、储能、调频、调相、紧急事故备用及黑启动等任务.通过分析天津电网对电站连续满发小时数需求,并结合天津电网需求、抽水蓄能站点资源稀缺性、自身建设条件等初步拟定4个方案,进行技术经济综合比选后推荐最优装机容量.

Abstract

The resources of pumped storage stations in Tianjin are relatively scarce,and there are no pumped storage stations that have been built or are under construction.Longtangou Pumped storage Power Station in Jizhou,Tianjin has the conditions for recent development,and the construction conditions are relatively good.It can undertake the tasks of peak load balancing,valley filling,energy storage,frequency modulation,phase modulation,emergency backup and black start of the power system.In this paper,the demand of Tianjin Power grid for the number of continuous full operation hours of the power station is analyzed,and four schemes are initially drawn up based on the demand of Tianjin power grid,resource scarcity of pumped storage station and its own construction conditions,and the optimal installed capacity is recommended after comprehensive selection of technology and economy.
