燕川污水干管检修配套工程解决了燕川污水干管下游段长期高水位运行的问题,修复了现状管线的破损点,监理工作对于保障工程的施工质量和安全至关重要.探析了施工准备、施工过程和施工后3个阶段的工作要点,包括无缝钢管桩、冠梁、旋喷桩、内支撑和土方工程等工作内容,巡视、旁站和见证送检等工作方式,临时用电、基坑周边防护、基坑测量监测等监控措施,可为深基坑施工监理工作提供实用的指导和参考.
Abstract
The Yanchuan sewage trunk maintenance supporting project has solved the problem of long-term high water level operation in the lower reaches of Yanchuan sewage main pipe,and repaired the damaged point of the current pipeline.The supervision is very important to ensure the construction quality and safety of the project.The key points for the construction preparation stage,construction stage and post-construction work stage were put forward,including the work contents such as seamless steel pipe pile,crown beam,jet grouting pile,internal support and earthwork,etc.,the work methods such as inspection,side station and witness inspection,and the monitoring measures for temporary power consumption,protection around foundation pit,and pit measurement and monitoring,etc.The research results can provide practical guidance and reference for the construction supervision of deep foundation pit.
