Current Situation and Countermeasures of Watershed Ecological Environment Protection
The protection of water ecological environment in river basins is an important task to ensure water resource security and ecological balance.However,there are still a series of problems in the current water ecological environment protection of river basins,including the severe water environment situation,imbalanced river and lake governance,insufficient ecological water volume,single ecological structure,difficulties in groundwater overexploitation control,and an incomplete regulatory system related to river length system.A series of countermeasures and suggestions have been proposed to address these issues,including improving the technical support system for watershed water ecological protection,increasing the efforts of comprehensive watershed management,implementing modern water network planning,promoting ecological flow guarantee work,increasing the comprehensive management of groundwater overexploitation,and establishing a multi-level river length management structure.By implementing these measures,we can effectively address the current problems and promote the smooth progress of watershed water ecological environment protection work.
