Digital twin is one of the six implementation paths for the Party Group of the Ministry of Water Resources to promote high-quality development of water conservancy in the new stage.It is also an important lever for developing new quality productivity in water conservancy.By systematically summarizing the experience and practices of the digital twin construction of the maritime commission,provide reference for the construction of digital twins in the Haihe River Basin,and promote the high-quality development of new productive forces in the basin.
