摘要

BIM技术已在水利工程项目的全生命周期中得到广泛应用,工程项目档案管理面临着全新的机遇与挑战.聚焦新技术背景下BIM平台水利工程项目档案归档问题,梳理了BIM技术、工程项目档案管理以及新技术在档案管理中的应用现状,分析了BIM平台工程项目档案的特点与构成要素,对现行水利工程项目档案归档路径及存在问题进行了全面分析.提出了优化策略,涵盖建立统一数据标准、构建集成架构、优化归档流程以及加强人员培训与管理等,以及BIM模型轻量化数字化交付及归档、引入智能化技术等手段.

Abstract

BIM technology has been widely applied throughout the entire lifecycle of water conservancy engineering projects,and project archive management is facing new opportunities and challenges.This paper focuses on the archiving of BIM platform Water Conservancy Engineering archives under the background of new technology,combs the application status of BIM technology,engineering project archives management and new technology in archives management,analyzes the characteristics and components of BIM platform engineering project archives,comprehensively analyzes the archiving path and existing problems of current engineering project archives,and puts forward optimization strategies,covering the establishment of unified data standards,the construction of integrated architecture,the optimization of archiving process and the strengthening of personnel training and management;BIM model lightweight digital delivery and archiving,introduction of intelligent technology and other means.
