摘要

南水北调宝应站位于江苏里下河水网区,抽水运行期间水草及漂浮物较多,站前清污机运行压力大且故障频发,导致拦污栅附着大量水草,过流能力大幅降低,栅前栅后水位差变大,极大降低泵站运行效率,且不利于机组安全运行.近年来,南水北调宝应站清污机在原有设计结构上对拦污栅、齿耙、动力及传动系统等方面进行了优化,经运行使用,应用效果良好,具有较高的借鉴和推广价值.

Abstract

The Baoying Pumping Station of the South-to-North Water Diversion Project is located in the Lixia River water network area of Jiangsu Province.During the pumping operation,the station faced significant challenges due to the large amount of aquatic weeds and floating debris,which caused heavy operational pressure and frequent malfunctions of the trash rake.These issued result in excessive weed accumulation on the trash racks,significantly reduction of the flow capacity,an increase in the water level difference before and after the racks,which greatly reduced the operational efficiency of the pumping station and was detrimental to the safe operation.In recent years,the trash rake at the Baoying Pumping Station has been optimized in terms of the original design structure,including the trash rack,rake teeth,power and transmission systems.The operation have demonstrated excellent performance,offering high reference and promotion value for similar applications.
