施工顺序对中小型涵洞变形的影响分析

涵洞变形受多种因素影响,其中施工技术和施工顺序起到关键作用.为减少中小型涵洞变形,提升工程质量和安全性,基于某泵站工程基础资料,构建了三维数值模型,模拟逐步施工和同时施工2套施工方案,分析施工顺序对建筑物及地基变形的影响.研究发现,当地基土层存在较厚软弱夹层时,涵洞与其紧邻的建筑物同时施工,对地基整体变形控制较好,所产生的不均匀沉降小于分步施工产生的不均匀沉降.
The deformation of culverts is influenced by various factors,among which construction tech-niques and construction sequence play key roles.To mitigate the deformation of small and medium-sized culverts and improve the quality and safety of the project,based on the fundamental data of a certain pumping station project,a three-dimensional numerical model was established to simulate two construction schemes:stepwise construction and simultaneous construction.The influence of the construction sequences on the deformation of buildings and foundations was analyzed.It was discovered in the research that when there is a relatively thick weak interlayer in the foundation soil layer,the simultaneous construction of the culvert and the adjacent buildings has a better control over the overall deformation of the foundation,and the resulting uneven settlement is smaller than that caused by the stepwise construction.
