真空度是制盐生产过程中的一项关键工艺控制指标,真空度的变化直接影响制盐系统总温差,影响传热效果.较高的真空度可以充分发挥制盐装置的生产能力,降低生产系统综合能耗,提高制盐过程的热经济型.结合中盐榆林盐化有限公司60万t/a真空制盐生产线实际运行情况,文章综合分析了真空度对制盐过程传热的影响以及提高真空度的方法.
Method of Vacuum Degree Increase for Vacuum Salt
The degree of vacuum salt production process is a key process control indicator,which changing directly affects the total system temperature and heat transfer.The high vacuum degree can provide full production capacity for salt equipment,reducing overall energy consumption of production system and improving the thermal budget of salt process.Combined with 600,000 tons per year vacuum salt production line actual operation in Yulin Salt company,it was analyzed that the impact of vacuum degree on heat transfer process and the method for improving the vacuum degree.
