中高芒硝型卤水采用的盐硝联产工艺投资大、消耗高、成本高,使得生产企业效益不佳、竞争力低下,且卤水中芒硝含量越高,盐系统排出的母液就越多,盐硝分离系统的比例就越大,整套装置的热效率就越低.文章将MVR与本土的热法提硝有机融合,探索出一条适合国情的低消耗的提硝新工艺.
New Technology of MVR Na2SO4 Extraction by Thermal Process
The technology of NaCl-Na2SO4 co-production for medium and high Glauber's salt type brine is characterized by high investment,high consumption and high cost,which makes the production enterprise benefit is not good,the competitiveness is low.The higher the content of Na2SO4in brine,the more mother liquor discharged from salt system,the larger the proportion of salt-nitrate separation system,and the lower the thermal efficiency of the whole set of equipment.MVR process is combined with the local heat method to explore a new process with low consump-tion.
