摘要

为实现有机工业废盐的资源化利用,以纤维素厂家产生的氯化钠型有机化工废盐为处理对象,采用自主研发的热解中试装置进行纤维素厂废盐热解试验.实验结果表明,热解工艺对处理以有机物为主要杂质并且盐成分较为单一的废盐具有良好的适用性;废盐中大部分的有机污染物质在400~450℃条件下能够被有效去除;纤维素厂废盐在热解温度为400℃、热解停留时间为30 min的条件下,对废盐中有机污染物质的去除可达90%以上,废盐产物中的NaCl纯度可达98%以上,达到了GB/T 5462-2015《工业盐执行质量标准》中工业干盐的二级标准.

Abstract

To achieve the resource utilization of organic industrial waste salts,sodium chlo-ride type organic chemical waste salts produced by cellulose manufacturers were taken as a treat-ment object.We conducted pyrolysis experiments on cellulose waste salts using a self-developed py-rolysis pilot plant.The experimental results indicated that the pyrolysis process has good applicabil-ity for treating waste salts with organic matter as the main impurity and relatively single salt compo-sition.Most of the organic pollutants in waste salt can be effectively removed under conditions rang-ing from 400℃ to 450℃ .Under the conditions of pyrolysis temperature of 400℃ and pyrolysis residence time of 30 minutes,cellulose waste salt can remove more than 90% of organic pollutants from the waste salt.The purity of NaCl in the waste salt product can reach more than 98% .The reac-tion stata reaches the secondary standard of industrial dry salt in the GB/T 5462-2015 Industrial Salt Execution Quality Standard.
