三元水滑石对工业污水的高效治理

MgCaAl-LDHs型三元水滑石因材料来源广泛、成本低、效益高、离子交换能力强、比表面积大、不易团聚及环境友好等特点,在治理含重金属离子污水方面具有巨大潜力.在处理能力为8 000 m3/d的某工业园区工业污水处理厂,采用超稳矿化剂进行模拟和工业试验,探究其对污水中重金属离子的去除效果.结果表明,经过25d的工业试验,超稳矿化剂对污水中Cu、Zn、Ni、Pb、Cd、Mn等重金属离子均有不同程度的去除效果,且每种元素的去除率与进水口元素含量和超稳矿化剂的添加量密切相关.同时,在脱氮池添加超稳矿化剂后,污水厂排水中各类重金属离子均达到国家综合排放标准GB 18918-2002《城镇污水处理厂污染物排放标准》中一级A标准的要求,可实现污水中重金属离子的高效稳定去除.
Efficient treatment of industrial wastewater with MgCaAl-LDHs
MgCaAl-LDHs ternary hydrotalcite has great potential in treating wastewater con-taining heavy metal ions due to its wide material sources,low cost,high efficiency,strong ion ex-change ability,large specific surface area,not easy to agglomerate and environmental friendliness.Therefore,in an industrial sewage treatment plant of an industrial park with treatment capacity of 8 000 m3/d,the superstable mineralizer was used to conduct simulation and industrial tests to ex-plore its removal effect on heavy metal ions in sewage.The results showed that after 25 days of in-dustrial test,the superstable mineralizer had different removal effects on Cu,Zn,Ni,Pb,Cd,Mn and other heavy metal ions in sewage,and the removal rate of each element was closely related to the element content and the amount of superstable mineralizer added in the inlet.At the same time,after the addition of ultra-stable mineralizer in the nitrogen removal tank,all kinds of heavy metal ions in the sewage plant drainage meet the requirements of the national comprehensive discharge standard GB 18918―2002"Pollutant Discharge Standard for Urban Sewage Treatment Plants"Grade A Standard,which can realize the efficient and stable removal of heavy metal ions in sewage.
