摘要

青海盐云钾盐有限公司二车间冷分解—正浮选法生产氯化钾工艺存在钾盐分解回收率低、尾盐氯化钾含量高等问题.文章通过流程考察和浮选试验,发现这些问题由工艺生产过程中分解水量过多、浮选时分离效果差、洗涤水量过多等因素导致.根据流程考察和试验结果,分别从分解工序、浮选工序、洗涤过滤工序、干燥包装工序提出合理化建议.

Abstract

The cold decomposition-positive flotation method of the second workshop of Qing-hai Yanyun Potash Co.,Ltd.to produce potassium chloride has problems such as low recovery rate of potassium salt decomposition and high potassium chloride content of tail salt.This article found through process investigation and flotation experiments that these problems are caused by excessive decomposition water during the production process,poor separation efficiency during flotation and excessive washing water volume.According to the process investigation and test results,reasonable suggestions were put forward from the four processes of decomposition process,flotation process,washing and filtration process and drying and packaging process.
