摘要

滩晒制盐中的节制闸大多采用人工控制,导致人力资源占用多、人工成本占比大,严重制约了企业的长远发展.闸门自动化改造及远程控制系统研发可有效降低人工成本,是盐企降本增效的有效途径.文章详细阐述了闸门远程自控系统设计思路、实现方法和实施情况.无棣县盐业企业的实际应用结果表明,该系统可完全实现闸门的无人值守,为后续实施智慧盐业改革奠定了基础.

Abstract

The sluice gates in beach sun drying salt production are mostly manually con-trolled,resulting in a high proportion of human resources and labor costs,which seriously restricts the long-term development of enterprises.The automation upgrade of sluice gates and the develop-ment of remote control systems can effectively reduce labor costs,which is an effective way for salt enterprises to reduce costs and increase efficiency.This article elaborated in detail on the design ideas,implementation methods and implementation status of the gate remote control system.The practical application results of the salt industry enterprise in Wudi County showed that the system fully realized unmanned gate operation,laying the foundation for the subsequent implementation of smart salt industry reform.
