Instrument Gas System Process Optimization for Offshore Oil Platform
The platform topside and drilling module of offshore oil platform have been using air compressor to manufacture instrument gas respectively for many years.Based on the concept of reducing cost and increasing efficiency,this article carries out integrated process design of instru-ment gas system for platform topside and drilling module,and expounds the principles and consid-erations of integrated process design in detail.Through the introduction of high-pressure nitrogen technological process,the size of the sealed and isolated instrument gas receiver vessel is opti-mized,which solves the problem of the overall layout of the platform.
