DCS of 180 000 t/a H2O2 Plant and Compatible Application of SIS and GDS
Using the advanced DCS of Supcon as the software and hardware control plat-form,it is applied in the hydrogen peroxide production unit of 180 000 t/a.Based on expounding the application scheme of the system,the key technical points were put forward,and the software and hardware composition,control scheme and configuration of DCS control system in H2O2 plant were described in detail.The software and hardware of DCS system have been debugged and put into operation.The whole production process is stable,reliable,and has a high product qualifica-tion rate,achieving the expected design goals.
