钢板夹杂缺欠对焊缝性能的影响

针对某项目腹板熔透角焊缝热影响区缺欠,确定其对焊缝性能的影响程度.对问题钢板进行了力学性能试验及微观金相、能谱分析,发现钢板中存在深度不一的夹杂缺欠.通过制作模拟焊接试件,将实际产品问题再现于模拟试件上,并对模拟试件进行破坏性检验.结果表明,探伤指示的热影响区缺欠为原材料夹杂缺欠所致,缺欠危害性较低且很难完全消除,但原材料缺欠及多次返修操作对焊缝力学性能影响不大.同时,对钢板夹杂缺欠成因进行了简要分析,并给出了相关优化建议.
Influence of inclusion deficiency of steel plate on properties of weld
Aiming at deficiency of heat affected zone of web's penetration fillet weld in one project,influence degree of deficiency on properties of weld was determined.Mechanical properties test,microscopic metallography and energy spectrum analysis of the problem steel plate were carried out,and it was found that there were inclusions with different depths.By making simulated welding specimens,the actual product problem was reappeared on the simulated specimens,and destructive test was carried out on the simulated specimen.The result showed that the deficiency of heat affected zone indicated by the flaw detection was caused by inclusion deficiency in the raw material.The deficiency was less harmful and difficult to be completely eliminated,but deficiency of the raw material and multiple repair operations had less effect on mechanical properties of weld.Moreover,the cause of inclusion deficiency of steel plate was analyzed briefly,and the relevant optimization suggestions were provided.
