L型单持双轴焊接变位机设计计算及结构研究

[目的]焊接变位机是一套焊接系统的核心组成部件,为了获得较实用的经验设计理论及准确的结构选型,该文对L型单持双轴焊接变位机设计计算及结构展开研究.[方法]以理论计算为基础,结合工厂中使用的经验数据,对L型单持双轴焊接变位机结构设计中的几个关键参数进行分析校核并对其主体结构进行研究.[结果]以焊接行业常用的典型非标L型单持双轴焊接变位机为例,基于理论计算和实际验证,概述其基本机构,对其几个关键的设计参数诸如负载率相关的扭矩、转动惯量、惯性扭矩等进行详细地分析计算,给出设计计算的注意事项及相关经验值.并根据其负载情况,分别对轻型焊接变位机及重型焊接变位机结构展开研究,给出不同工况下对应的结构类型.[结论]得到一组行之有效的L型单持双轴焊接变位机的设计计算理论数据.
Design calculation and structural research of L-type welding positioner with single holding and double axis
[Objective]Welding positioner is the core component of a welding system.In order to obtain practical experience design theory and accurate structure selection,design calculation and structure of L-type welding positioner with single holding and double axis were studied in this paper.[Methods]Based on theoretical calculation and combined with experience data used in the factory,several key parameters in structural design of L-type welding positioner with single holding and double axis were analyzed and checked,and its main structure was studied.[Results]Taking typical non-standard L-type welding positioner with single holding and double axis as examples,based on theoretical calculation and practical verification,its basic mechanism was summarized,several key design parameters such as torque,moment of inertia and inertia torque related to load rate were analyzed and calculated in detail,and points for attention and relevant experience values were given.In addition,according to load condition,structure of light welding positioner and heavy welding positioner were studied respectively,and the corresponding structure types under different working conditions were given.[Conclusion]A set of effective design and calculation theoretical data of L-type welding positioner with single holding and double axis were obtained.
