摘要
本文建立了一种基于气相色谱串联三重四极杆质谱(GC-QQQ-MS)的油指纹分析方法,分别在选择离子监测(SIM)模式与多反应监测(MRM)模式下,对实验室参考油进行重复测定.实验结果表明:不进行手动积分调整的情况下,RSDSIM的分布范围为0.2%—28.2%,有9个诊断比值的相对标准偏差超过10%;RSDMRM的分布范围为0.2%—9.8%,诊断比值的相对标准偏差均小于10%;MRM模式下确定的生物标志物诊断比值具有更好的重现性,与SIM模式下确定的生物标志物诊断比值相比具有更强的抗干扰能力.
Abstract
In this study,oil fingerprint analysis method was established based on Gas Chromatography Tandem Triple Quadrupole Mass Spectrometry(GC-QQQ-MS).The laboratory reference oil was repeatedly determined under the selected ionization monitoring(SIM)mode and the multi reaction monitoring(MRM)mode,respectively.The results showed that without manual integration adjustment,the distribution of relative standard deviation(RSDsIM)ranged from 0.2%to 28.2%,and the RSDs of 9 diagnostic ratios exceeded 10%.The distribution of RSDMRM ranged from 0.2%to 9.8%,and the diagnostic ratios demonstrated RSDs less than 10%.It indicated that the diagnostic ratios of biomarkers determined by MRM mode showed a better reproducibility and robust anti-interference capacity comparing to those obtained under SIM mode.
