本文建立了连续在线监控自来水中铝离子含量的方法,确立最优色谱条件:以Thermo Scientific Dionex IonPacTM CS10色谱柱作为分析柱,0.75 mol·L-1盐酸溶液为淋洗液(流速1.0 mL·min-1),0.3 mmol·L-1铁钛试剂(Trion)+3 mol·L-1乙酸铵为柱后衍生试剂(流速0.5 mL·min-1,柱温30 ℃);进样体积100 μL,柱后衍生管体积750 μL,紫外检测器波长310 nm.在最优色谱条件下,10 min即可完成样品分析,标准曲线为Y=9.8232 X+0.5982,相关系数(R)为0.9995,相对标准偏差(RSD)为0.43%(n=10),检出限(LOD)为1.42μg·L-1,样品加标回收率在97.0%—103.2%之间.本方法检测自来水中铝离子结果稳定、准确.
Abstract
The study had established a method for continuously online monitoring of aluminum ion content in tap water.The optimal chromatographic conditions were as follows:using Thermo Scientific Dionex IonPacTMCS10 chromatographic column as the analytical column,0.75 mol·L-1 hydrochloric acid solution as the eluent,with a flow rate of 1.0 mL·min-1,0.3 mmol·L-1 iron titanium reagent(Trion)+3 mol·L-1 ammonium acetate as the post-column derivatization reagent,with a flow rate of 0.5 mL·min-1,column temperature:30℃;injection volume:100 μL,post-column derivatization tube volume:750 μL,UV detector wavelength:310 nm.Under the optimal chromatographic conditions,sample analysis could be completed in 10 minutes.The standard curve was Y=9.8232X+0.5982,with a correlation coefficient(R)of 0.9995,a relative standard deviation(RSD)of 0.43%(n=10),and a limit of detection(LOD)of 1.42 μg·L-1.The recovery rate of sample spiking was between 97.0%and 103.2%.The method for detecting aluminum ions in tap water produces stable and accurate results.With the help of the above robust chromatographic conditions and valve switching technology,continuous online monitoring of tap water could be achieved for monitoring aluminum ion content in tap water.
