阜阳市集中式地下水饮用水源地氟的富集成因及健康风险评价

摘要
地下水是阜阳市重要饮用水源,其地下水质量关系到居民饮水健康安全.为研究阜阳地区集中式地下水饮用水源地的水质特征及氟的分布特征,采集了中深层地下水样84组,运用数理统计、Piper三线图、Gibbs图、相关性分析等方法,揭示了该区地下水的水化学特征,研究了氟的分布特征和成因,运用USEPA评价模型进行了非致癌健康风险评价.结果表明,阜阳集中式地下水饮用水源pH值范围为6.8-8.6,为中性偏碱性水、矿化度较高,TDS含量由西北向东南逐渐变小;阴离子以HCO3-为主,离子浓度变化范围123-471 mg·L-1,阳离子以Na+为主,离子浓度变化范围为48.6-570 mg·L-1,水化学类型为HCO3-Na型.氟含量平面分布呈北高南低的特征,垂向分布随着含水层深度的增加,逐渐增高的趋势.地下水主要离子受"岩石风化"和"蒸发作用"影响,其中"岩石风化"更为明显.氟的物质来源主要是含氟矿物类岩石,迁移机理主要为含水层岩性中含氟矿物的水解反应.地下水高氟对成人和儿童健康均会产生影响,F-的儿童综合健康风险均值为0.815,最大值为1.651,F-的成人非致癌风险均值为0.650,最大值为1.316.儿童健康风险指数大于成人健康风险指数,氟是该区引发儿童和成人健康风险程度最高的离子.
Abstract
Groundwater quality is related to residents'drinking water health and safety,which is an important source of drinking water in Fuyang City,In order to study the water quality characteristics and fluorine distribution characteristics of the centralized drinking water source in Fuyang area,A total of 84 sets of groundwater samples were collected,different techniques such as the Piper three-line diagram,Gibbs map and correlation analysis were used to reveal the groundwater chemical characteristics,distribution characteristics and origin of fluorine in the groundwater.The non-carcinogenic health risk assessment was carried out based on the USEPA evaluation model.The findings showed that the water body of the concentrated groundwater source in Fuyang City includes neutral,alkaline,high salinity,pH range is 6.8-8.6,and the content of TDS decreases gradually from northwest to southeast.The main anion is HCO3-,ion concentration ranges from 123 mg·L-1 to 471 mg·L-1.The main cation is Na+,ion concentration ranges from 48.6 mg·L-1 to 570 mg·L-1,and hydrochemical types is HCO3-Na.The horizontal distribution of fluorine content is high in the north and low in the south,and the vertical distribution gradually increases with the increase of aquifer depth.The enrichment of fluorine in groundwater is influenced by"rock weathering"and"evaporation",and the"rock weathering"is more obvious.The main source of fluorine is fluorine-containing mineral rocks,and the migration mechanism is mainly the hydrolysis reaction of fluorine-containing minerals in aquifer lithology.High fluoride in groundwater can affect the health of both adults and children,the mean comprehensive health risk of F-in children was 0.815 with a maximum of 1.651,and the mean non-carcinogenic risk of F-in adults was 0.650 with a maximum of 1.316.The health risk index of children is greater than that of adults,fluoride is the ion that poses the highest health risk to children and adults in the region.
