摘要

2020年12月在西北江下游河流设置11个采样点,调查底栖动物群落结构,应用底栖动物完整性指数(B-IBI)评价河流健康状况,并分析B-IBI值与环境因子的关系.结果表明,参照点位的B-IBI值在0.59~4.00之间,处于中等—优状态;受损点位的B-IBI值在0~0.82之间,处于很差—良好状态,其中较差和很差状态占比为87.5%.氨氮浓度与B-IBI值呈现极显著的负相关性,降低水污染负荷是促进底栖动物群落恢复健康的有效途径.在水质已经实现好转的基础上,可通过营造河底卵石生境来促进底栖动物群落恢复,同时也应加强河岸带的修复.

Abstract

In December 2020,11 sampling sites were set up in the lower reaches of Xijiang River and Bei-jiang River for investigating the community structure of benthic fauna.Benthos-index of biological integrity(B-IBI)was used to evaluate the health status of the river,and the relationship between B-IBI and environmen-tal factors was analyzed.The results showed that the B-IBI in the reference sites were between 0.59 and 4.00,in a moderate to excellent state.The B-IBI in the damaged sites were between 0 and 0.82,in a very poor to good state,among which the proportion of poor and very poor states accounting for 87.5%.There was a signifi-cant negative correlation between the concentration of ammonia nitrogen and B-IBI.Reducing water pollution load was an effective way to promote the recovery of benthic fauna community health.On the basis of the improvement of water quality,the restoration of benthic fauna community should be promoted by creating living environment with pebbles at the bottom of the river,and the restoration of the riparian zone should be strengthened.
