基于Landsat 8的沱沱河流域总氮和氨氮反演模型研究

将沱沱河流域2021年6-7月TN、NH3-N的实测值和Landsat 8影像的41种波段组合的反射率建立反演关系,筛选出拟合度较高的波段组合与实测值以线性、二次多项式、对数函数、指数函数和幂函数的方式建立反演模型.结果表明,Landsat 8影像的B4、B5、B6和B7波段反射率与TN、NH3-N值呈显著相关性;B4+B5+B7波段组合与TN值具有较高的拟合度,B6/B7与NH3-N值具有较高的拟合度.将2021年8月的遥感影像利用模型反演TN、NH3-N的预测值,并与实测值进行模型精度验证,TN值反演模型的MAE为13.89%,RMSE为0.152 mg/L,NH3-N值反演模型的MAE为5.87%,RMSE 为 0.077 mg/L.
Research on the Inversion Model of TN and NH3-N in Tuotuo River Basin Based on Landsat 8
The inversion relationship was established between the measured values of TN and NH3-N and the reflectivity of the images from Landsat 8 in 41 kinds of band combinations in Tuotuo River basin from June to July 2021.The inversion model was constructed in the form of linear,quadratic polynomial,logarithmic function,expo-nential function and power function by using selected band combinations with high degree of fit and measured values.The results showed that the reflectivity of the images from Landsat 8 in B4,B5,B6 and B7 bands was significantly correlated with TN and NH3-N values.The band combination of B4+B5+B7 had a high degree of fit with TN value,and B6/B7 had a high degree of fit with NH3-N value.The predicted values of TN and NH3-N from the remote sensing images in August 2021 by inversion model were compared with the measured values to verify the model accuracy.The MAE and RMSE of TN inversion model were 13.89%and 0.152 mg/L,respectively.The MAE and RMSE of NH3-N inversion model were 5.87%and 0.077 mg/L,respectively.
