太湖流域山水林田湖草一体化保护修复

分析了太湖流域现状和生态治理工作面临的问题,主要包括矿山地质环境恶劣、藻华防治形势严峻、生境破碎程度增强、农业面源污染严重、生态湿地面积萎缩、生态系统依然脆弱等.梳理了流域生态保护与修复的原则和目标,根据"精准防控、控源减污、生态扩容"系统治理思路,针对山水林田湖草6个要素,分别提出构建矿山修复与复绿、蓝藻防控与处置、水源涵养林建设、农业控源与治污、湿地改造与保护、湖滨岸带消纳圈等重点工程,统筹太湖流域山水林田湖草一体化保护和系统治理.
Integrated Protection and Restoration of Mountains,Rivers,Forests,Fields,Lakes and Grasses in Taihu Lake Basin
The current situation of Taihu Lake basin and the problems of ecological management were ana-lyzed,including poor geological environment of mines,severe situation of algal bloom control,increasing of habi-tat fragmentation,serious pollution of agricultural non-point source,shrinking of ecological wetlands area,and the fragile ecosystem.The principles and objectives of ecological protection and restoration in the basin were es-tablished.According to the systematic treatment ideas of"precise prevention,source control,pollution reduc-tion,ecological expansion",in view of the 6 elements of mountains,rivers,forests,fields,lakes and grasses,it was proposed to construct key projects for mine restoration,cyanobacteria control,water conservation forest con-struction,agricultural source pollution control,wetland reconstruction and protection,lakeshore disposal circle,and coordinate integrated protection and systematic management of mountains,rivers,forests,fields,lakes and grasses in Taihu Lake basin.
