基于模糊集对分析法的丘北县水资源脆弱性评价

通过DPSIR框架构建包含年降水量等14个指标的丘北县水资源脆弱性指标体系,利用熵权法确定权重,通过模糊集对分析法和五元引力减法集对势对2009-2019年丘北县水资源脆弱性和发展态势进行评价.结果表明:驱动力层和压力层的脆弱性呈明显恶化的发展态势并有持续的趋势,影响层虽然总体呈好转态势但未来可能恶化,状态层和响应层发展态势较稳定,未来需要密切关注驱动力层、压力层和影响层的发展态势;丘北县2009年、2011年、2013年、2015年、2017年、2019年水资源脆弱性分别为轻度脆弱、中度脆弱、中度脆弱、轻度脆弱、中度脆弱、重度脆弱,整体脆弱性等级较高,且整体发展呈恶化态势,水资源脆弱性问题不容乐观.
Assessment of Water Resources Vulnerability in Qiubei County Based on Fuzzy Set Pair Analysis
Using the DPSIR framework,a water resource vulnerability index system was constructed in Qiu-bei County,including 14 indicators such as annual precipitation,the weights were determined by entropy weight method,the vulnerability and development trend of the water resources in Qiubei County from 2009 to 2019 were evaluated by fuzzy set pair analysis and five-variable gravity subtraction set pair potential.The re-sults indicated that the vulnerability of the driving force layer and pressure layer showed significant and continu-ous deterioration.Although the overall situation of the impact layer was improving,it might deteriorate in the fu-ture.The development of the state layer and response layer was stable.In the future,it was necessary to pay close attention to the development of driving force layer,pressure layer and influence layer.The water re-source vulnerability in Qiubei County in 2009,2011,2013,2015,2017,and 2019 was mild,moderate,mod-erate,mild,moderate and severe,respectively.The overall vulnerability had a high level and a worsening trend,and the situation was not optimistic.
