摘要

可靠性加速试验目前广泛地应用于水面舰船电子设备,本文简要介绍了可靠性加速试验的原理和流程,以某推进监控装置为例,针对设备特点设计了相应的加速试验方案.基于温度应力加速模型,确定了加速因子、制定了加速试验剖面,为可靠性指标较高、受试样机数量紧缩的电子设备指标验证问题提供了工程应用参考.

Abstract

Reliability accelerated test is widely used in surface ship electronic equipment at present.This paper briefly introduces the principle and process of reliability accelerated test.Taking a propulsion monitoring device as an example,the corresponding accelerated test scheme is designed according to the characteristics of the equipment.Based on the temperature stress acceleration model,the acceleration factor is determined and the acceleration test profile is developed.It provides a reference for engineering application of the problem of verifying the electronic equipment index which has high reliability index and small number of tested prototypes.
