Numerical Simulation of Explosion Separation Shock and Test Method of Low Frequency Regulation of Shock Response Spectrum
This paper introduces the problems encountered in the explosion separation impact test project and the impact on the test pieces.By analyzing the difference between the measured data of inter-stage separation and the test data of engineering test,the method of optimizing the test system is found.Two kinds of explosive separation impact environment models are numerically simulated by simulation software,and the results of the two simulation tests are compared.The test results show that by increasing the weight of the test system,the low frequency of the explosion separation shock response spectrum can be effectively reduced,so as to achieve the purpose of test control,and the explosion impact environment of inter-stage separation can be effectively and truly simulated.
