基于Ncode某电动SUV车型车身疲劳仿真研究

本文以VPG载荷谱为输入,通过建立车身有限元仿真模型,基于nCode疲劳分析软件,在车身前期开发过程中,对某SUV进行疲劳分析研究.分析结果表明:侧围后端焊点和后尾门边框后围板钣金部分区域疲劳损伤值过大,可能会导致开裂问题,对此提出了改进措施,为车身的前期设计提供了参考依据.
An Electric SUV Car Body Fatigue Simulation Research Based on Ncode
Based on VPG load spectrum as the input,through the establishment of finite element simulation model of car body based on nCode fatigue analysis software,in the early stage of the body during the development process,the study on fatigue analysis of a SUV.Analysis results show that the lateral confining the back-end solder joints and trailing door frame coaming sheet metal parts after fatigue damage value is too large,may cause the cracking problems,improvement measures are put forward,provides the reference basis for the preliminary design of car body.
