Structure design of a helicopter VHF radio was carried out in this paper.The processes of structure designing of the equipment were fully explained,from overall structure design,electrical interconnection design,thermal design,vibration and shock resistant design,damp heat-mold-salt spray proofing design,which can be used for the similar equipment.
