摘要

研究海洋大气环境下,电连接器线缆不同密封工艺方法的环境适应性.试验选取航空常用的GJB599系列圆形连接器,实施4种不同的线缆密封防护措施,在某南海环境自然暴晒站开展了3年自然环境暴露试验,通过电连接器的绝缘电阻和耐电压测试结果的变化,验证不同线缆密封防护工艺的环境适应性.试验结果与试验室模拟海洋环境的加速试验存在一定偏差,通过原因分析和对试验结果的综合评估,给出工程应用上给出了一些实用的建议.

Abstract

This paper studies the environmental adaptability of different sealing techniques for electric connector cables in marine atmospheric environment.The GJB599 series circular connectors commonly used in aviation were selected,and four different cable sealing protection measures were implemented.The natural environmental exposure test was carried out in a natural exposure station in the South China Sea for three years.The environmental adaptability of different cable sealing protection technologies was verified by testing the changes of insulation resistance and withstand voltage test results of electrical connectors.There is a certain deviation between the test results and the accelerated test of simulating marine environment in the laboratory.Through the cause analysis and comprehensive evaluation of the test results,some practical suggestions are given for the follow-up research and application of connector cable sealing.
