基于集成化测试仪的电机静态性能自动测试技术

为解决目前电机静态性能测试效率低、自动化程度低的问题,实现人工操作简单化、电机测试集成化,对静态性能自动测试技术进行研究.首先基于LabVIEW语言和模块化设计,根据电机测试技术要求,设计了电机静态性能测试仪,然后对该测试仪进行了功能测试,包括计量校准、工艺电机对比测试以及不合格甄别测试.结果表明,该测试仪具备一次连接、一键测试、结果自动判读、数据报表自动生成等功能,并具备电机静态性能边界条件的拓宽测试能力,实现电机测试项目的快速测试功能.
Automatic Test Technology of Motor Static Performance Based on Integrated Tester
In order to solve the problems of low efficiency and low automation in static performance testing of brushless DC motor,simplify manual operations,and integrate motor testing,research is conducted on automatic static performance testing technology.Firstly,based on LabVIEW language and modular design,a motor static performance tester was designed according to the technical requirements of motor testing.Then,functional testing was carried out on the tester,including metrological calibration,process motor comparison testing,and non-conforming screening testing.The results indicate that the tester has functions such as one-time connection,one click testing,automatic interpretation of results,and automatic generation of data reports.It also has the ability to broaden the testing boundary conditions of motor static performance,achieving rapid testing functions for motor testing projects.
