压电式加速度传感器灵敏度对随机振动试验过程控制影响研究

压电式加速度传感器基于内部结构体特有的压电效应,可实现加速度信号转换成对应电荷变化量,广泛应用于振动试验控制与测量领域.作为振动试验控制系统中实时信号采集反馈的重要环节,传感器灵敏度直接决定随机振动试验控制与测量的准确性.本文基于苏试DC-6000-60 电动振动台与美国SignalStar DP-760 数字式振动控制仪等组成的试验控制系统,研究表明试验控制过程中电荷放大器内传感器灵敏度值设置偏差,控制仪拟合生成的控制频谱曲线表面上符合规定试验条件,但实际已导致航天产品在随机振动试验过程中过试验或欠试验.
Research on the Impact of the Process Control of Random Vibration Testing by Piezoelectric Accelerometer Sensitivity
Based on the unique piezoelectricity of its internal structure,the piezoelectric acceleration sensor is capable of converting acceleration signals into corresponding changes in charge.Consequently,which is widely employed in the field of vibration test control and measurement.As an important part of real-time signal acquisition and feedback in vibration test control system,sensor sensitivity directly determines the accuracy of random vibration test control and measurement.In this paper,based on the test control system composed of the DC-6000-60 electrodynamic shaker and the American SignalStar DP-760 digital vibration controller,the research showed that the sensitivity setting deviation of the sensor in the charge amplifier during the test control process,the control spectrum curve fitted by the controller outwardly met the specified test conditions,but it has actually led to the over-test or under-test of aerospace products in the process of random vibration test.
