可靠性指标验证是舰船电子产品研制工作中的重要工作项目.本文结合舰船舱内有温控环境安装电子产品可靠性试验剖面特点,针对高可靠指标验证问题,提出内外场结合法和可靠性加速试验法.特别地,可靠性加速试验方案设计采用阿伦尼斯模型、温度循环模型以及振动应力累积损伤模型实现缩短试验时间的目的.案例应用表明本文所提方法时间缩短效果明显.
Verification Method for Reliability Indicators of Temperature Controlled Electronic Products in Ship Cabins
Reliability index verification is an important task in the development of ship electronic products.This article combines the characteristics of reliability test profiles for electronic products installed in temperature controlled environments in ship cabins,and proposes two methods for verifying high reliability indicators:the combination of internal and external fields method and the reliability acceleration test method.Specifically,the design of the reliability acceleration test scheme adopts the Arrhenius model,temperature cycle model,and vibration stress accumulation damage model to shorten the test time.The case application shows that the method proposed in this article has a significant effect on reducing time.
