本文基于标准ISO 12944-9:2018 附录B循环老化试验方法对四家厂家生产的涂层板进行试验,结果表明以海洋飞溅区中SigmaZinc 109G + Sigmcover 410 + PSX 700 RAL9003的底漆+中间漆+面漆的涂层体系最优,以海洋大气区中环氧玻璃鳞片+环氧玻璃鳞片+氟碳的底漆+中间漆+面漆的涂层体系最优,为海上风电塔筒的选材具有参考意义.
Study on Cyclic Aging Resistance of Steel Anticorrosive Coatings for Offshore Wind Turbine Towers
In this paper,based on the standard ISO 12944-9:2018 Appendix B cyclic aging test method,the coated plates produced by four manufacturers were tested.The results show that the optimal coating system is SigmaZinc 109G + Sigmcover 410 + PSX 700 RAL9003 primer + middle paint + top coat in the Marine splash area,and the optimal coating system is epoxy glass scale + epoxy glass scale + fluorine carbon primer + middle paint + top coat in the Marine atmosphere area.It has reference significance for the material selection of offshore wind turbine tower.
