气候环境适应性是飞机的重要质量特性之一,实验室飞机气候环境实验是验证飞机气候环境适应性的重要手段.在飞机的试飞或取证进程中,需要考核发动机及其交联系统(如APU、气源系统、燃油系统等)之间的匹配性,验证飞机整机对复杂气候环境的适应性.构建动力系统与飞机其他系统间的交联矩阵,在气候环境实验室实现发动机运行状态下的飞机系统成功验证.以实验验证案例为基础,分析复杂气候环境下发动机启动中的飞机主要系统运行特性,为后续飞机的故障定位、诊断和分析提供依据.
Verification Technology of Aircraft Performance Under Operation in Aircraft Laboratory
Climatic adaptability is one of the important quality characteristics of aircraft.Climatic environment experiment is an important means to verify the adaptability of the aircraft.During the flight test and the certification process of the aircraft,the compatibility between the engine and its cross-linking system should be examined to verify the climatic adaptability of the full-state aircraft.Build a cross-linking matrix between the power system and the other aircraft system,the systems can be validated when the engine is operated.Based on the test,analyze the characteristics of aircraft system when the engine is operated,provide the basis for the fault location and diagnosis.
