Design of Large Scale Vibration Amplification Fixture Based on Workbench Simulation
The purpose of vibration testing is to assess whether the structure and performance of the product meet the design and usage requirements in an environment that simulates the actual boundary conditions of the product.Products in the aerospace industry must undergo vibration testing and verification before they can be put into production and use.The actual working environment of some products is very harsh, which involves high frequency and a large number of levels of vibration. For this harsh vibration environment, relying solely on the ability of the vibration table to achieve it will have limitations. In order to achieve a high-frequency and large-scale vibration environment, the characteristics of amplifying vibration fixtures within the natural frequency range are utilized, and the preliminary design and simulation are carried out using finite element analysis. The effectiveness of the actual method was ultimately verified through vibration table tests, providing a basis for large-scale vibration tests and fixture design.
